Psalm
33:19 - To deliver their soul from death And to keep
them alive in famine.
Artist notes: Some crosses planted on the ground
represents the earthly grave of the saints who have gone before us, but
yet alive and ascended to be with the Lord. The "death and
famine," it seems to me, that is spoken in the verse, does not only
refer to our state here on earth, but eternal damnation to those who
will reject the faith. The salvation is found in the Lord Jesus
Christ. He delivers our soul from death. |
