Artist notes:  Right from the beginning, I have thought of those "who fear the Lord" are those who worship Him, yet those "who trust and depend on him."  I show a picture of a pair of a part of a village with homes close to the church.  Some people are walking (coming or going).  I added a picture of the Children's home being built in Nepal (which is the heart of this painting project).  The eye of the Lord is also on them.  He is protecting them and shielding them from the threats of the enemies.  This also flows from verse 17.
