Psalm
33:17 - A horse is a false hope for victory; Nor does it
deliver anyone by its great strength.

notes: At the start, I had no idea what to put in the
canvas. It seems to just continue from verse 16. About
three weeks before I wrapped up the project, I got an email from a
missionary with a picture of himself shaking the hand of a rebel
civilian, who was a previous threat to the safety of his people.
He then became his friend. The Lord finally gave me a message of
what to paint. He is our only hope and our salvation. We
cannot get deliverance on our own. |
